Azerbaijan increases revenues from sugar exports by more than 29%

In January-April 2025, Azerbaijan imported sugar and sugar confectionery worth $73.4 million, 16.2% more than in the same period of 2024, Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee.

During the reporting period, Azerbaijan also exported sugar and sugar confectionery worth $9.93 million, 29.4% more than a year ago.

In four months, imports of sugar and sugar confectionery amounted to 0.9% of Azerbaijan's total imports, and exports amounted to 0.11% of total exports.
