Azerbaijan more than doubles cattle imports from Georgia

From January through August 2021, Azerbaijan imported 4,482.4 tons of live cattle worth USD 11.2 million from Georgia, Report informs, citing the National Statistics Office of Georgia (GeoStat).
Compared to the previous year’s figure, the volume of the import increased by 2.1 times.
In the first eight months of 2021, Georgia exported 1,049.3 tons of live sheep and goats worth USD 3.3 million to Azerbaijan.
