Azenco ends 2020 with a loss

Azenco OJSC completed 2020 with a loss of AZN3.721 million, whereas the joint-stock company finished 2019 with a profit of AZN11.741 million.

According to Report, in 2020, Azenco's revenue amounted to AZN24.047 million from sales (40.2% less than in 2019), from the cost of sales - AZN26.601 million (29.2% more), the main financial income - AZN0.815 million (90.6 times more), other financial income - AZN4.836 million (27.5 times less), administrative and operating expenses - AZN6.733 million (20.8 times less), interest expenses - AZN0.085 million (9.6 times less).

As of January 1 of last year, Azenco's assets totaled AZN254.050 million, which is 8.6% less than the annual indicator. During the reporting period, the company's liabilities decreased by 15.9% to AZN91.270 million, and balance sheet capital - by 4% to AZN162.78 million.

Azenco was founded in 2002. The authorized capital of the company is AZN6.837 million. 97.6% of the company's shares are owned by Interenerji LLC, 2.4% - by individuals.
