It is reported that preparations for this process began in the spring, the process was completed by the end of the summer.

Google also offered its employees to move to other countries after the outbreak of hostilities in Ukraine. The company offered to relocate them to Dubai, but many employees refused due to the climate and distance.

According to experts, many IT companies are actively transferring their employees to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, as these countries are comfortable in terms of the spread of the Russian language and the cost of moving. It is also possible to move to Serbia and Montenegro.

Officially, Apple did not stop working in Russia. After the outbreak of hostilities in Ukraine, the company suspended the sale of new models of its devices and limited the operation of Apple Pay and a number of other services. Apple also removed apps of some Russian companies from its AppStore due to US sanctions.
