Baku. 15 November. REPORT.AZ/ Saudi Arabian Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman's adviser Saud Al-Qahtani has been involved in an investigation into the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
Report informs citing the Turkish NTV channel that Saudi Arabia's Prosecutor General's Office issued a statement on this issue.
The advisor was forbidden to leave the territory of the Kingdom.
The order to kill Khashoggi came from the head of the 15-member delegation that travelled from Saudi Arabia to Turkey.
Notably, the prosecutor of the criminal proceedings in Saudi Arabia requested death penalty for five of the 11 suspects charged with murder.
Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi was killed at the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul on October 2 this year. His body has not been found yet.
