Mine collapse in Türkiye traps workers underground

A coal mine in Türkiye’s Elazıg region has collapsed, leaving workers trapped underground.

According to Report, rescue operations are currently underway to save those affected.

Emergency response teams, healthcare personnel, and gendarmerie forces have been deployed to the Alacakaya district, where the incident occurred.
