Deputy Chief of Staff of Armenia dismissed

Deputy Chief of Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces Stepan Galstyan has been relieved of his post by a relevant decree of President Armen Sarkissian, Report informs via Sputnik Armenia.

Galstyan was arrested on October 2. The Armenian National Security Service said he was arrested on large-scale abuse and embezzlement charges. Former Armenian Defense Minister David Tonoyan and businessman David Galstyan, the head of an arms supply company, are also arrested on similar charges.
