"Texnikabank" sues Baku City Executive Power

Baku. 11 January. REPORT.AZ/ "Texnikabank" Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC) sues Advertising and Information Department of the Baku City Executive Power.

Report informs, the bank put forward to declare the actions of the department unlawful and required to stop these kind of actions.

Baku Administrative Economic Court No. 1 rejected the claim.

Dissatisfied with the decision, "Texnikabank" filed an appeal. 

The case is considered by the Court of Appeal.
