The decision to declare an amnesty on the occasion of November 8 - Victory Day, adopted by the Milli Majlis (Parliament) on the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev on the first anniversary of the historic victory in the Great Patriotic War, is being implemented by the prosecutor's office without delay and correctly, Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev said at a board meeting, Report informs.
Aliyev said that a total of 10,943 people were pardoned during the reporting period.
