Observer from GUAM: Election process in Azerbaijan organized at highest level

The snap presidential election in Azerbaijan is organized at the highest level, the representative of the GUAM observation mission, member of the Georgian Parliament David Matikashvili told Report.

"We have already visited several polling stations, the voting proceeds in a calm atmosphere. The citizens are highly active," he said.

According to the Georgian MP, the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan did everything to ensure fair elections.
