Since the signing of the agreement on the supply of grain (July 22, 2022), Ukraine has exported more than 26.3 million tons of agricultural products. Deliveries were made to Yemen, Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Sudan, head of the tax committee of the Verkhovna Rada Danylo Hetmantsev said, Report informs referring to Ukrainian media.

“The ninth month of the “marine grain corridor” has started. During the eight months of the Istanbul Initiative, signed by Ukraine, Türkiye and the UN, 26.3 million tons of agricultural products were delivered to consumers by sea, in particular: 12.9 million tons of corn, 7.3 million tons of wheat,” he wrote on social media.

He noted that in March, Ukraine shipped 500,000 tons more products to foreign customers than in February, namely 3.8 million tons, including 2.3 million tons of corn and 908,000 tons of wheat.
