Russia increases export of turkey meat to Azerbaijan by over 5 times

In the first four months of 2022, 823.99 tons of frozen turkey meat worth $1.109 million were imported to Azerbaijan.

According to Report’s calculations based on the data of the State Statistics Committee, this is 66.6% more in value terms than in the same period last year, and 17.2% less in quantitative terms.

During the reporting period, 195.58 tons (+5 times) of turkey meat were exported from Russia for $501,240 (+6.2 times), from Brazil - 305.66 tons (+2.1 times) for $254,770 (+2.9 times), from Portugal - 76.47 tons (+3 times) for $90,010 (+3.6 times).
