Azerbaijan's agrarian sector grows by over 3%

Azerbaijan's agricultural production amounted to over 2.639 million manats ($1.55 million) from January through May 2022, 3.3% higher than a year earlier, Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistics Committee.

Over the past 5 months, the cost of crops produced in Azerbaijan increased by 5.1% to 611.4 million manats ($360 million), and the prices of animal products went up by 2.8% and exceeded 2.028 million manats ($1.2 million).
