Azerbaijan resumes export of apricots to 2 countries

In January-May this year, Azerbaijan exported 639.43 tons of fresh apricots to foreign countries for $610,110.
According to Report’s calculations based on the data of the State Statistics Committee, this is 5.6 times more than the indicator for the same period in 2022 in value terms and 8.5 times more in quantitative terms.
During the reporting period, Azerbaijan exported to Russia 548.64 tons (+7.3 times) of apricots for $521,730 (4.8 times more than a year earlier), Belarus received 36.29 tons (a year ago there were no deliveries) for $61,130, Ukraine got 36.9 tons for $18,450 and Georgia got 17.6 tons for $8,800.
After 1 year and 8 months, Azerbaijan resumed the export of apricots to Ukraine and Georgia.
