Azerbaijan reduces expenses on import of fertilizers by 7%

In January-October 2023, Azerbaijan spent $65.05 million on importing fertilizers, 6.9% less year-on-year, Report informs, citing the country’s State Customs Committee.
Meanwhile, Azerbaijan earned $64.238 million from exporting fertilizers, 2.8-fold less than a year ago.
During the reporting period, expenses for the import of fertilizers amounted to 0.46% of Azerbaijan's total import expenses, and export earnings made 0.22% of the country's total export earnings.
