Azerbaijan becomes second main market of Georgian cattle

In 2023, Georgia exported cattle (live) worth $19.24 million (-16%) to Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the National Statistics Office of Georgia.
Thus, Azerbaijan ranks 2nd among the countries to which Georgia exports cattle.
During the reporting period, Georgia sold livestock worth $79.6 million (+37%) to foreign countries.
Last year, Georgia supplied Iraq with the value of $59.6 million, Iran - $377,000 and Armenia -$348,000.
