Association: Annual honey production may grow at Karabakh’s expense

According to the estimates of the Azerbaijan Beekeepers Association, this year the production of honey in the country will amount to 6,000 tons, Chairman of the Association Badraddin Hasratov told Report.
"We plan to filter the first honey produce before June 15," he said.
The chairman also noted that in the future, at the expense of Karabakh, the annual production of honey may increase by about 4,000 tons: "Thanks to the restoration of beekeeping in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, we expect an increase in the annual production volume up to 10,000 tons," Hasratov said.
