Baku. 24 July. REPORT.AZ/ Pentagon chief Ashton Carter visits Iraqi Kurdistan for talks. He was due to meet Iraqi Kurdish president Massud Barzani on Friday and some of the US troops stationed in the northern autonomous region, Report informs referring to foreign media.

The US defence secretary held talks with federal officials in Baghdad on Thursday during his first trip to Iraq since taking office earlier this year.
