Azerbaijan and Armenia are very close to reaching a peace agreement, Hakan Fidan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye, said during his speech at the 11th Global Baku Forum on “Fixing the Fractured World,” Report informs.
Turkish FM noted that the former Minsk Group of the OSCE pushed Azerbaijan to negotiate for 30 years: "In fact, it tried to prolong the issue. As a result of the Second Karabakh War and anti-terrorist measures, Azerbaijan has liberated its lands from occupation. After that, the 3+2 format came up.
