Samad Seyidov: No conflicts would be, if PACE paid more attention to them

Baku. 20 April. REPORT.AZ/ "All the conflicts that we observe and discuss would not be, if the the PACE paid more attention to them."

Report informs, the head of the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE Samad Seyidov said during a speech at the PACE session in Strasbourg.

According to him, the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has been going on for over 20 years and is a danger to the entire region: "We should pay more attention to this conflict. Even the Armenian soldiers didn't want to be involved in this conflict."

During his speech S.Seyidov presented a picture of an Armenian soldier Andronicus Grigoryan, who crossed the line of contact on March 23. He again called for the withdrawal of Armenian armed forces from the territory of Azerbaijan.

Making the speech after S.Seyidov, Azerbaijani MP Ganira Pashayeva added the continuing situation in violation of the rights of Azerbaijani refugees and internally displaced persons, who for more than 20 years can't return to their own homes.
