Baku. 4 May. REPORT.AZ/ 'Azerbaijan is ready for bilateral consultations with the European Union within the European Neighborhood Policy (ENP)'.
Report informs, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said at a meeting of Foreign Ministers of Visegrad Group and the Eastern Partnership countries.
The minister said that new geopolitical developments and challenges in the EU Neighborhood will also establish the EU-Azerbaijan future relations: 'We hope that the renewed European Neighborhood Policy will be in line with various desires of the partner countries in the relations with the European Union. Azerbaijan is ready to hold bilateral consultations with the European Union in the joint thematic framework, mentioned in the renewed European Neighborhood Policy, in order for study its involvement in the areas of potential cooperation'.
