Norway team coach: Azerbaijan makes great investments in football

Report informs, Per-Mathias Høgmo, coach of Norway national team said, the team will tomorrow have an away match with Azerbaijan in the World Cup qualifying round.

The 57-year-old expert said that Baku match will be difficult: "We want to take 6 points from 2 matches. Azerbaijan is a severe and difficult rival. Its people makes great investments in football. The rival's 7 footballers play at the Europa League group stage in the composition of their clubs".

But in fact, 9 of the players, called to join Azerbaijani national team, fight at the Europa League group stage. 7 of them are Qarabag players, 2 of Gabala.

Notably, Azerbaijan-Norway match, to be held in the Baku Olympic Stadium on October 8, will begin at 20:00 Baku time.
