The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has been officially registered in Azerbaijan.
According to Report, citing Deseret News, this will give the religious organization the right to carry out activities in Baku.
In turn, the church leadership expressed gratitude to the government of Azerbaijan. It emphasized that the country makes an important contribution to intercultural and interreligious dialogue, and historically, representatives of various religions have lived in Azerbaijan as a single family in peace and tranquility.
