Tourism potential of Czech Republic to be showcased in Azerbaijan

Several events are expected to be held on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and the Czech Republic, the ambassador of the Czech Republic to Azerbaijan, Milan Sedlacek, said at the event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries at the Center of Analysis of International Relations, Report informs.

According to the ambassador, it is planned to hold an event that will demonstrate the tourism potential of the Czech Republic this year.

“Currently, our countries are interested in deepening cooperation in economy, energy, trade, tourism, culture, and education. Due to the energy crisis in Europe, energy security is at the top of the agenda of the European Union (EU). I would like to note that Azerbaijan is the second largest supplier of oil to the Czech Republic,” Sedlacek said.
