Tourism grant recipients won't return amounts not used in Azerbaijan

The amount not used in the project that received a grant in the tourism competition will not be returned to the donor, reads the amendment to the regulations for holding contests for grant financing projects in the field of tourism, Report informs.

Article 6.7, which stated that if the funds allocated for the project are not fully spent, the remaining amount should be returned to the donor's account, has been removed.

In addition, Article 5.6 was also removed, which means that the disallowance of sub-grants from the grant funds allocated for the project has become invalid.

According to the amendment in article 4.12, the deadline for filing appeals has also been extended from 10 days to 10 working days.
