Kazakhstan prepares for EXPO-2017 - PHOTOS

Baku. 1 May. REPORT.AZ/ International specialized exhibition EXPO-2017 will be held in the capital of Kazakhstan from June 10 to September 10, 2017.

152th General Assembly of the International Exhibitions Bureau was held on November 22, 2012 in Paris.

Report correspondent visited the site of construction of EXPO-2017.

Despite the short time to prepare for this event, Kazakhstan is moving hard to the goal, to hold a high-level exhibition, and surprise guests.

It is worth mentioning that the exhibition EXPO is one of the most important and well-known events.Here, the audience presented the latest trends and inventions of mankind.

EXPO-2017 promises not to fail in this regard. The exhibition will be held under the motto "Energy of the Future", because Kazakhstan is one of the major producers of oil and gas as well as uranium.The country also has enormous potential for the development of renewable energy sources.This idea will be incorporated in the construction of objects for the exhibition.In particular, on that territory Kazakhstan's first building to be heated by geothermal water will be built.In addition, wind generators, solar panels will be used here.

But organizers decided to pay attention not only to the subject of energy, but also the theme of culture, innovation.

To this end, Museum of the Future, as well as other objects will be built at the EXPO-2017. By the way, the construction site of EXPO-2017 is not accidental. It is assumed that the facilities will be built here at the end of the event under the altered laboratory and transferred to the University named after Nursultan Nazarbayev.

As noted by the deputy chairman of the National Company "Astana EXPO-2017", Georgia's former Minister of Economy Vera Kobalia, the exhibition will focus on young people and attracting their attention to innovation. In addition, according to her, the exhibition will involve a lot of developing countries, which will be able to showcase their innovation and experience in the field of energy, as well as to find new partners.

In total, as organizers plan, exhibition will be attended by 90 countries. It is noteworthy to mention that Azerbaijan was one of the first countries that officially confirmed their participation in the exhibition.

Today, builders completed construction of 30% of the objects, and by the end of the year it is planned to complete the construction of the walls and roofs of the objects, and then start the inner workings. Above that, to take the objects working time of up to 4500 people and 60 tower cranes. On the construction of the objects allocated 3 billion dollars from Kazakhstan's budget, while 1 billion dollars were directly invested in the exhibition from the other countries.

Kazakhstan becomes an arena for major international events not for the first time, and the country's president, Nursultan Nazarbayev, is doing everything to promote his country abroad, and it is worth to note that, Elbashy (father of the People) manages the country very well.
