Goydaniz Gahramanov: Construction of subway to airport will promote development of tourism

Construction of a subway line to the Heydar Aliyev International Airport can promote the development of tourism, said Goydaniz Gahramanov, Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Tourism Agencies Association (ATAA) at the Azerbaijan Tourism Summit held in Baku, Report informs.

"We see this in many countries, and we would like it to be realized here," he said.

Gahramanov stressed that it is also very important to have high-speed trains to the regions: "Tourists don't want to travel to remote districts. However, those areas are as naturally beautiful and hospitable as others. We would like to see activity in arranging logistical issues."
