Georgia earns over $1B from international tourism

Georgia earned $1.2 billion from international tourism in 2021, 130% more than a year earlier, Report informs, referring to the Georgian National Tourism Administration.
In the reporting period, the country received 1,881,271 international visitors, showing a 7.7% growth in comparison to 2020.
In 2021, 51% of visitors travelled by air transport.
