Egyptian Ambassador: Tourist flow from Azerbaijan increased after the opening of the Baku-Sharm al-Sheikh flight

The flow of tourists from Azerbaijan to Egypt has grown in recent years, Egyptian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Adel Ibrahim told reporters.

Report informs that he spoke at a press conference on tourism cooperation between the two countries.

"The flow of tourists from Azerbaijan increased after the opening of the direct flight Baku-Sharm al-Sheikh. This factor plays a big role in strengthening tourism ties between our countries."

The ambassador also noted that, as in previous years, "this year the safety of tourists is provided at the highest level."

According to the official of the tourism operator offering services to Azerbaijani clients, Ravan Gulamli, beginning next summer the flights Baku-Sharm al-Sheikh are planned to be operated 2-3 times a week.
