Baku Declaration adopted at 11th OIC Ministerial Conference

The 11th session of the Islamic Conference of Tourism Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has completed its work in Baku, Report informs referring to the State Tourism Agency.
The conference adopted a resolution on the development of tourism and the Baku Declaration.
The resolution condemns the illegal exploitation of natural resources in the liberated territories, the destruction of ecosystems and urban infrastructure, especially cultural and historical heritage.
The Baku Declaration reflects the development of health, ecological, cultural and rural tourism among member countries on the basis of mutual interests, support for joint initiatives, and implementation of joint measures to develop sustainable tourism.
