Azerbaijan represented at tourism fair in India

Azerbaijan Tourism Bureau is represented with a national stand at the OTM Mumbai 2023 travel exhibition held in Mumbai, India, Report informs, referring to the State Tourism Agency.

According to the information, there is a special interest in Azerbaijan's stand and promoted tourism products at the exhibition attended by 14 local tourism industry representatives, including Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC.

Within the framework of the exhibition, discussions on future cooperation with partners from India and meetings with media representatives are held.

During the event, Bahruz Asgarov, the Deputy Chief Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Tourism Bureau, spoke as a speaker in the panel on "Challenges and new opportunities faced by the tourism industry in the post-pandemic period."

More than 1,000 representatives of the tourism industry, over 25,000 specialists in tourism and travel from more than 55 countries, as well as from different cities of India, are participating in the international exhibition, which will last until February 4.
