Minister: Russian delegation to visit Azerbaijan in connection with CIS Games

The Russian delegation will soon travel to Azerbaijan, where the CIS Games will be held, Russian Minister of Sports Mikhail Degtyarev said at one of the sessions of the Eastern Economic Forum, Report informs referring to Russian media.

"Our delegation is preparing to leave for Baku, Azerbaijan, where the CIS Games will be held. The Minister of Sports of Azerbaijan, Mr. Gayibov (Farid Gayibov) personally invited me. I will make a decision on my visit separately," Degtyarev said.

The third CIS Games will be held from September 28 to October 8 in seven cities of Azerbaijan, competitions will be held in 23 sports.
