UN official: Changes should be made in labor market

Baku. 23 January. REPORT.AZ/ "Certain changes should be made in the labor market, foreign investors and other related bodies should come together," UN Resident Coordinator in Azerbaijan, Ghulam Isaczai said.

Report informs that he spoke at the conference on the topic "Youth Employment: Employers' Views, Challenges and Perspectives".

According to him, the business sector should also contribute to the development of youth: "Private sectors should set up their own needs properly. Moreover, creating right conditions for employees and raising their competitiveness should be the major goals.

Isaczai said that social partners should create a concrete platform: "Social partners should eliminate certain inclusivity. I would like to assure that the Azerbaijani state will achieve sustainable development by fulfilling its commitments "
