President: Social sector is always paid special attention

"Since the human factor is at the heart of our policy, special attention is always paid to the social sphere," Report informs, citing Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s 12 January interview with local TV channels.

"Raising salaries, pensions, scholarships, creating social facilities, paying attention to families of martyrs, former displaced persons - all this social package has made it possible to successfully implement economic reforms," the president emphasized.
