Azerbaijan posts decline in mortality rate

A total of 29,400 deaths were recorded across Azerbaijan between January and June 2025, Report informs, referring to the country’s State Statistical Committee.
Compared to the corresponding period in 2024, the number of deaths per 1,000 people decreased from 5.9 to 5.8.
