Minister: Azerbaijan, Turkiye have 2 main directions in labor & social protection sector

Azerbaijan and Turkiye have two main directions in the field of labor and social protection, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Turkiye Vedat Bilgin said, Report informs.

“One of the main directions of our cooperation with Azerbaijan in the field of social protection, labor and employment is the organization of working life within the ILO (International Labor Organization) standards, the formation of the entire insurance system to protect workers,” the Turkish minister said.

He noted that the working groups on these issues are interrelated:

“We believe that it is very important to intensify our efforts to more easily and smoothly resolve the problems faced by Azerbaijani citizens who came to Turkiye from Azerbaijan or live here, as well as our citizens living in Turkiye and Azerbaijan.”
