Azerbaijan announces number of population

As of June 1 of this year, the number of people calculated on the basis of the results of the last census in Azerbaijan was 10,148,057, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.
54.6% of the population are urban, 45.4% are rural residents, 49.8% are men, and 50.2% are women.
