Preparations for Eurovision 2023 kick off in Ukraine

Ukraine has begun preparations for the Eurovision Song Contest 2023.

Report informs, citing RBC-Ukraine, that the relevant decision was made on Friday, June 10, at a meeting of the Government of Ukraine. The Cabinet of Ministers also approved the composition of the organizing committee.

"The organizing committee for the preparation and holding of the Eurovision Song Contest in 2023 in Ukraine has been created and its composition has been approved," a statement reads.

Ukraine's Kalush Orchestra won the Eurovision 2022 final, which took place in Turin, Italy, in May.
