Zelensky speaks about Ukraine's neutral status

President Volodymyr Zelensky has spoken about the neutral status of Ukraine, Report informs, citing Ukrinform.
"Ukraine's neutral status is possible if concrete states provide serious security guarantees. Russia must also accept these guarantees. After that, a referendum will be held, and the Ukrainian people will make the final decision," he told Al-Arabiya.
According to him, the most pressing issues in negotiations with Russia are security guarantees, Ukraine's neutral status and the fate of Crimea.
