Zelensky says only Putin can stop war 

Ukraine has no choice but to sit at the negotiating table with Russia. Because only Russian President Vladimir Putin can stop the war, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told the German tabloid newspaper Bild.

“The idea of direct talks with Putin is still relevant today, even after the war crimes in Bucha and Kramatorsk. Only Putin can decide when the war will end. There is no other force in Russia that can stop the war,” he added.
