Zelensky, Lukashenko talk over phone

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko had a telephone conversation, Report informs, citing Zelensky’s statement on social media.
Earlier, Volodymyr Zelensky said that he had rejected the proposal to hold talks with Russia in Belarus.
“If there were no aggressive actions from your territories, we could talk in Minsk, in your city,” The Ukrainian leader said. “Now we say: not Minsk. Other cities may be the meeting place.”
