Zakharova: About 90% of ballots processed abroad during presidential elections in Russia

About 90% of voter ballots were processed by 9 a.m. Moscow time in Russian presidential elections abroad, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said, Report informs referring to TASS.

“As of now, almost by 9 a.m. Moscow time, about 90% of the ballots that were abroad have been processed,” the diplomat said.
