Yerevan police fine newly elected city mayor

New mayor of Yerevan Tigran Avinyan has been fined for administrative violation, Report informs via Sputnik Armenia.

The Interior Ministry refused to specify what for he was fined and other details.

According to media, the fine may be due to the illegal driving of an itinerary van during the election campaign this summer. For an election reel, Avinyan drove a van with passengers, without a respective driving license and a security belt.
