Yasar Guler: Türkiye continues to spearhead peace initiatives, including in South Caucasus

Türkiye remains committed to spearheading key initiatives aimed at fostering peace and stability across various regions, including the South Caucasus, Turkish Minister of National Defense Yasar Guler said during a media briefing in Malatya, Report informs via Haber Global.

"From the South Caucasus to the Black Sea, from the Middle East to Africa, from the Balkans to the Mediterranean—we continue to undertake vital initiatives for peace and stability in many regions. All our efforts significantly enhance our country's international visibility and strengthen its role as an indispensable member of the global security architecture," the minister stated.

Guler also highlighted Ankara's intentive actions to achieve strategic superiority in the domestic defense industry.

"With great pride and confidence, I can say that thanks to substantial investments in recent years, Türkiye has emerged as a rising global brand in this field. Our accomplishments clearly show that we are working tirelessly to ensure our nation's defense and security in the most effective way possible," he added.
