Witkoff: South Caucasus is safer, more prosperous and more stable

A year ago today, US President Donald Trump brought Azerbaijan and Armenia together to sign a historic peace agreement that ended 35 years of conflict, US Special Presidential Envoy Steve Witkoff said in a post on X.
"Because of this President's leadership, the South Caucasus is safer, more prosperous, and more stable, and the future is bright for these great countries. Honored to be part of this historic administration," the post reads.
