Wildfires engulf forests in multiple Iranian provinces

The National Disaster Management Organization of Iran has dispatched five helicopters and an Ilyushin Il-76 aircraft equipped for water-dropping to combat forest fires across the country's four provinces, the organization's representative Hossein Zafari said, Report informs via IRNA.

According to him, the affected Iranian provinces include Khuzestan, Ilam, Kermanshah, and Lorestan, where both aerial and ground resources have been deployed to manage the blazes.
