“We are ready for talks,” Russian President Vladimir Putin said in his video address to the G20 summit in India, Report informs.
He said that it is necessary to think about how to stop the war in Ukraine: “This is a tragedy.”
Putin said that Russia has never refused peace talks with Ukraine.
He assessed the military operations as a tragedy.
