Vladimir Putin: Belarus has become a nuclear state

Belarus has already become a nuclear state after the construction of the Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during his speech at the meeting of the Supreme State Council, Report informs referring to RIA Novosti.
Putin said that this is a serious step forward in economic and technological development.
