No leader without minimum military-political skills in Armenia could succeed and Pashinyan didn't and now doesn't have those skills, former foreign minister Vartan Oskanian wrote on his Facebook page, Report informs.
"What happened in Armenia and around it after April 2018 is the failure of the country's first face, its commander-in-chief and individual responsible for foreign policy, regardless of everything. Indeed, if Pashinyan had the least diplomatic skill, we would have avoided war first," he said.
