US official calls Russian Embassy's tweet 'flat out lie'

Ned Price, US Department of State spokesperson, said on Monday that the Russian Embassy in UK's tweet was a "flat out lie," Report informs.
The Embassy had claimed in its tweet that the goal of Russia's "military operation" was to "stop the war".
